Because there is no option than this one-government to counter this attack. lives of the people are so cheap that some die at train accidents in stampedes when hoardings and bridges fall and some railed under someons luxury car or by falling into the open manholes in the road or terrorist attacks when building collaps and some get kidnapped and raped .the worse part the younger generation laughs at hearing those News due there poor education and environment they live in . there is no option than this one-government to counter this attack . then theres so much hatred in the two countries that a citizen of one cannot go to another state and check on whats really going on . if he tries to enter , border security kills him instantly . the restrictions in a state are so many if a citizen has to reach far destination he requires a permit . the language in the state is changed from Elyvian to New Elyvian the vocabulary has been wantedly shortened to remove words with more than one meaning for each word . After all the torture he is handed over to Ragnar . Ragnar begins the scientific process of his brainwashing. He plays mind games with him . Orin questions why you don't make everyone upperclass and why people have been divided into different classes . Ragnar is silenced yet again . And he put him supernatural mindcontrol where electricity is passed through his head . After the process ended he had no resistance against the government left anymore . With this the end of orin begins . He then proceeds to a long closed corridor while a gun-wielding assassin follows him . In front is the wall with lily staring at him like psycho with his big eyes . The streets of the City area are very well designed. Their buildings are so beautifully constructed in a design and arrangement . Every civilian irrespective of his age or gender has to join the military . No salary is given to the people for joining the military . Since there is no need for workers . Every citizen is trained to perform multi-tasking in all aspects of science, math, architecture and philosophy . Every parent is the top most successful person in the state to give the children their education . It's the duty of the parent and top level scientist and mathematicians and architecture to teach the younger generation without expecting anything in return . There is no certain age limit of learning something a person in the state keeps on learning till its last breath .But the learning becomes more and more concentrated as per the coming generations in such a way that new innovations marks higher and higher levels of intelligence in every field . Every child has freedom of what he wants to become first and he can take his own time . It works in such a way that everyone is a doctor , lawyer , scientist, mathematician , architect, and everyone is an inventor. The state has no certain age to complete their studies, instead they keep learning skills for their whole life time . There are no exams . Because everyone in the state gets such a high level of education that there is no need for exams because everyone knows everything. Even if a need for robots is there to take on any work given . Everyone gets certain points as the currency from the government according to their performance and usefulness for the government . The people who have contributed in all aspects in the betterment of the nation get the most points, which are 100 and those who have contributed in just one or two sectors get 50 to 70 points . Which then the people use it in trading and building their businesses or else they apply for a high ranking job as manager . The currency is valued by gold and the valuation of businesses . The use of currency is very limited. Most people do their work for the state for free . The transportation is free . There are also no prisons in the nation because the state is crime free and even if someone commits a crime the person is made a slave .
